Backbenchers Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile game End Game - Union Multiplayer (the "Game") and the website endgameunion.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account Information: When you register an in-game account, we collect:

Username (chosen by you)
Email address (for account verification and password recovery)
Hashed password (we never store plain-text passwords)

Gameplay Data: We collect gameplay statistics including scores, kills, deaths, match history, in-game purchases, and progression data to provide leaderboards and game features.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and IP address for security, anti-cheat, and server optimization purposes.

Support: Email links open your mail app. We receive the information you choose to send by email or Telegram to respond to your inquiry.

Top-up services: We process player identifiers, order and payment references, provider status updates, Telegram identifiers when you use the bot, and any payment evidence you submit to support or an enabled manual payment method. Public checkout is currently in preview and does not accept new payments.

Photon Engine — for real-time multiplayer networking

Apple App Store / Google Play Store — for app distribution and in-app purchases
AWS SES — for transactional email delivery
NOWPayments — for hosted crypto payment processing when checkout is enabled
Telegram — for bot interactions and payment assistance

5. Data Storage & Security

The current website and restored game database are hosted on AWS Lightsail in Singapore. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
Encrypted password storage using secure hashing
Rate limiting and IP-based abuse prevention
Regular security audits

6. Children's Privacy

Our Game contains simulated combat themes. Age ratings vary by store and region; consult the current listing for your location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
