The Game may offer in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the terms and refund policies of the respective app store. In-game currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All content in the Game — including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, game mechanics, and branding — is the property of Backbenchers Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Game may display advertisements from third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob and AppLovin). These services may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backbenchers Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
